Our rugs are delivered direct to your door with an all-inclusive price including shipping. No hidden extras.  

Delivery Locations

We offer nationwide delivery anywhere in Australia.

Timeframes & Tracking

As customisable rugs are designed to your requirements, it takes time to create your unique rug. Please allow 25-30 business days for the rug to be dispatched.

We will send you a confirmation email once the rug has been dispatched including tracking details. Freight can take up to 20-25 business days depending on where you are in Australia. Note: we cannot control delays by freight companies.

Returns 

We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty or defective, provided you follow the conditions outlined below. 

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your rug at rugs@bremworth.co.nz
  • The item must be returned to Bremworth within 14 days of purchase.
  • You will bear any postage cost required to send us the faulty or defective product.
  • Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bremworth.
  • If we determine the product is faulty, we will use reasonable endeavours to repair or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will give you a refund of the purchase price you paid for your rug.

We do not offer returns if you change your mind, so please choose your rug carefully and always order a sample to check colour and texture before purchasing.
